Bizards is a creative, collaborative party game for 3 to 6 players inspired by Agile Design—and the fact that wizards always seem to delegate all the really hard jobs. Both creative and socially strategic, this 30-minute tabletop title tasks players with planning an adventure.

After drawing a card from the Problem Deck, players simultaneously write on sticky-notes, affixing them to Storyboards to create exquisite corpse-style sequential proposals. When these mini-stories are complete, the council plays a bidding minigame reminiscent of planning poker to judge the wisdom of each note: they place 1, 2, or 3 tokens in their hands, count down, and reveal their ratings.

If the council can agree, the wizard who penned the task is rewarded for writing a clever-but-clear quip, and that note is added to the final adventure plan. But if opinions differ, all tokens go into the Cup of Disagreement, and the note must be reconsidered. Should the Cup of Disagreement overflow, it’s game over for the wizard’s council: the meeting has devolved into bickering, and the realm’s foremost adventuring party will strike out lacking a critical dose of bureaucratic brilliance!
